PRICING

This price list is effective March 1, 1999. Autobody shops are entitled to a 25% discount off the list price. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO OEM CHANGES.

SHIPPING

All products ordered are shipped via UPS, freight prepaid. Overnight shipments are subject to an additional charge of $8.00-$25.00 (quoted upon order).

PAYMENT
On approval, credit terms are net 30 days (application provided). All other orders will be COD (COD charge paid). Additional deliveries on past due accounts are subject to approval.

A $20.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

WARRANTY
All headamps and tail lamps are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period up to one (1) year from the original invoice date. All guarantees are to the original purchaser only.

Marker and park lights are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period up to ninety (90) days from the original invoice date. All guarantees are to the original purchaser only.

This warranty does not cover damages from improper installation, collision, road hazard, negligence, or any improper use of the product. This warranty covers no labor charge of any kind.

If failure should occur, call LighTec, Inc. at 1-800-618-1880 for replacement or return.

RETURNS
Upon notification and approval, unused merchandise may be returned for credit up to five (5) days from date of receipt. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Suitable safe packaging must be utilized when returning merchandise. Reason for return must be provided and approved. LighTec, Inc. must be notified of damaged merchandise prior to return.

ALL REFUNDS AND CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY UPON SAFE RETURN AND INSPECTION OF MERCHANDISE.
